I was in Ubud during Jakarta Fashion Week 2015. But the internet connection keep me updated. Let's get things straight. Been a fan of Auguste Soesastro's work when the first time I saw his collection back from Indonesia Fashion Week 2012. Peoples might wondering why this kind of effortless, elegant and minimal look costs quite pricey ? I went to his label's Instagram's page and I kinda found the answer in this image.

I have no formal Fashion Design course, but I knew a bit knowledge from my Mom. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this blazer has no sewing line on the shoulder, which is quite difficult and tricky for its pattern drafting and it needs lots of works of details and accurate measurements. And I can see this execution in most of Auguste Soesastro's pieces he presented on Dewi Fashion Knight on Jakarta Fashion Week 2015. And yes, he is that simple. But he's very detailed, accurate, and pretty original, I could say.

First of all, my apology for the lack of updates. But I am here for giving a good news for me-- but hopefully a good news for you as well. In the past 3 weeks, I just made it into the Top 12 of UI Fashion Week Model Search 2014. Some peoples might knew it already that I was modeling when I was a bit younger. It was a good stuffs because I booked several jobs back then. But I stopped because I joined Abang None Jakarta Kepulauan Seribu & I decided to finish my education at first.

But now, I truly appreciate the peoples behind the event for believing me because to be honest, I grew older. I was 19 years old back at the time. I am now 22 years old and I have to "compete" with younger peoples. But hey I'm here. Recently, it's been a great experience after all. Meeting new friends, get to know each other, and knowing that every contestants here are having their own characters and they're all unique. So now, I want you wish lots of luck for me and hopefully I still could bring my 19 years old power on set :D

116 | THIS JULY

Eid Mubarak 1435 Greeting Cards, illustrated by me

Lots of things happened lately in July. And apparently, I kept myself busy past month. As a freelancer, I kinda needed to work extra to "sell" myself to get some projects. And for some reasons, I used to use my Instagram account (@reevosaulus) as a media to promote my works from my graphic design, photography even my illustration works.

And somehow, I could get some projects from it. There's an upcoming project I'm gonna do, but I kinda think that it is too early for me to spill what kind of work it's gonna be. But as a sneak peek, it's gonna be an illustration. So that is why, I sketch more often to practice, post it on Instagram and get the feedbacks.

The right one is just some work I did on my free time. Since I don't do color

that much, I tried to pay more attention into details and still practice it.

Another thing is, I became a sudden tour guide. And yes, let me re-write. A tour guide. And it became accidentally. Well some of you may not know that when it comes to travel, I'd rather to travel alone. Because in my point of view, I can concentrate more like; it's between me and the city. No major disturbance would be nice. And because of that sometimes, I hang out with local peoples when I travel.

Based on that point of view, I'm a local Jakartan and think it's good to help tourists that is trying to reach this city and wandering around, hmm ? So I accidentally met these 2 German girls at Gambir Station, trying to find the entrance to Monas and I was about to go there because I needed to take some footages for a video project. So I asked them for help and it's all began there.

Also, I did a bit reminiscence in the past 2 years when I was on duty as the tourism ambassador of Jakarta, and I had to learn the touristic places and any other aspects of the city. I worked closely with the ministerial peoples, the governors and the regency leaders. But it's "just" all about that. But showing my city to some tourists is kinda interesting for me. I took them to Old Town Area, ride the City Tour Bus, eat some local delicacies,

and (hopefully) they're happy. It's satisfying for me. Things continue when the German girls traveled to Yogyakarta and they met another 2 German-Dutch couples and they recommended me to the couples so there you go, I made 4 new friends last months. And the couples we're as friendly as the German girls as well ! And hopefully they could treat me the same whenever I travel to Europe in the upcoming years, hmm ? :P

109 | MILAN MENS FASHION WEEK - SPRING/SUMMER 2015

Let's start with the calmest color; white. Neil Barrett did lots of whites onto his collections and still doing it repetitively for next summer. White varsity jacket, white pants, white boots, white hoodies, everything's all white. Seems like white is Neil Barrett's signature colour and he's undeniably good doing it.

Versace did white in richer way by doing it together with some gold bling-blings on several models. See through shirt, white pants with a touch of floral line arts pattern gives an emphasis touch on its look. Also, showing more skin is always so Donatella by doing a Greek God look in several items from the collection.

There are lots of beige in Salvatore Ferragamo. Mixed with short shorts and shoes in beige palettes. Along with Ports 1961, a classic sartorial look is also presented in beige colours with different tone for the footwear. A tricky execution, though. But it kinda attracts the attention pretty good.

Calvin Klein Collection by Italo Zuccheli. I personally see it more like, I've seen this kind of collections before but in a better one. He did minor colors like yellow and white as an accent for the whole look. It's pretty daring to see a light coloured sneakers, though. Pretty risky for some minor reasons but it's aesthetically good.

It's always good to see lots of casual looks like what we could see both in Gucci and Canali. Hat, cardigan and loafers are a good combinations for a total laid back modern preppy look. Meanwhile a simple white shirt and another light coloured beige pants are looking so casual along with the sling bag as Gucci did.

Meanwhile, Bottega Veneta did a quite feminine touch onto his latest collections. Wide neck t-shirt, cardigan, mens legging with espadrilles. It kinda reminds me a bit about a classic sailors in espadrilles but when it comes into the top looks, yes it's pretty feminine-- or it's because the models' effect, I can't say.

As a fan of wide legged pants, seeing lots of fashion house doing loose pants is pretty refreshing. Iceberg did the loose pants with oversized shirt & gladiators. Meanwhile Giorgio Armani went down with a bit more business look with those sleek blazers and tote bags.

Etro went with graphic loose pants; like florals and light chocolate stripes. Another casual classy look together with authentic Italian blazers. Also with Ermenegildo Zegna by doing a little bit different. A little bit more fabrics and light weight coat with the whole loose pants. Very comfortable.

Another black & whites for next spring in Italy and those stripes are gonna be there as well. Vertical stripes are on the top in several items at Emporio Armani. From bikers jacket into hooded shirt into coat into sweat shirt. Items are different but the stripes creates a pretty clean red string on the collection.

And what happened to Gucci is, they did major horizontal patterns on the collections like pants, blazers, shirts and suits. And, the sling bag seems the next "it" thing for Gucci because there are spreading in lots of the models' back.

When it comes to Etro, in how they pick their models, I can put my thumbs up because seeing pretty much of mature models walking down on the runway, I kinda understand that Etro is getting pretty segmented with mature audiences. But the question is, how well the mature audiences could rock these prints ?

Dsquared2 is getting less drama & bling blings by sending the models with these colourful camouflage prints in pink, purple, yellow and neon green. Pretty notable in the middle of the beach, I could say. And oh, those sandals & shades are quite fierce to avoid the sun & sands, though.

Antonio Marras goes to World Cup themed collections by doing lots of face prints onto the collections. Classic greens, classic colour mood, line arts. It kinda reminds me of Christopher Kane. But this one is more colourful.

Touch of 80s are also on the top in Dsquared2. Handwriting typographic prints in black over the neon green pants are beyond eye catching. It happened as well with the pink coats as well. So many classic colours. Keith Haring & Andy Warhol are also printed on the collections.

And so, these dynamic duo Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana has been way innovative since 2010 or 2011 or I forgot. How they did the menswear, how the concept went really well along each items, everything. And I think they stole the spotlight from the fashion week by taking Spanish Matador into the next level.

We've seen lots of three quarter length shirt; my personal definition of what Dolce & Gabbana is, and here it's there again. In a printed bull with some Victorian touch, Baroque-Rococo. And again, it's very Dolce & Gabbana. The printed suit is looking really good. One thing I noticed about them is their sharp tailoring in each suits.

Prada looked pretty refreshing as well. They went down with an innovative thing called stitched lines where we could see in most of the looks. It is actually a minor thing for me but the whole lines are pretty bold--

so it's getting visible, and I don't know why I see this very unique. Also, two toned blazers are unique and the sandals. Ah ! Sandals seems everywhere !

108 | KOTA TUA CREATIVE FESTIVAL 2014

It's 487th birthday of Jakarta ! Getting older and hopefully, getting better. So, I spent the night by visiting this very cool event called Kota Tua Creative Festival 2014, located at Kota Tua, West Jakarta. There are stage performance, bazaar, exhibition and talkshow as well.

But because me and my partner in crime Stephanie Tanata went there during night, things changed a lot visually. I mean, look how they transform Kota Tua into a very interesting place to visit. Look at those diamond-shaped plastic paper, containing lots of hopes for Jakarta.

OKAY SO, THIS IS THE THING. I never ever done any kind of streetstyle post-- well, a stranger streetstyle post because I'm a shy person when it comes to stranger. But this young men named Kina makes me wanted to photograph his "unusual" style (for Jakartans). I met him on the Art Exhibition at Kantor Pos Indonesia, which is also the part of the whole event as well.

What can I say, his style is very daring and visually looking really good with those draped shirt from Nikicio and (X)S.M.L jodhpur pantes. And also, he gives me hope because there is still a person who would wear this kind of art everywhere because personally, I'm a kind of person that kind think what others think so, I still able to express how I dress about 50% but now .. Oh well this young men is just got great style so I decided that I need to post his style onto this post :D

And talking about the art exhibition, it was pretty good art exhibition. There are lots of art mediums, concepts with various executions. My favourite were "Liar" by Melati Suryodarmo"; that hanging bed with perforated letters "LIAR" on its surface. I don't know but it took me more time to read the art explanation on the wall and I'm just, there's a weird feeling when I see her work there. It is personally deep.

And at the end, Jakarta needs to dig more of its creativity side because if we're talking about traffic jam, flood and the other negative issues, it is happened to be here at this city. We've seen all, I'm pretty sure about that. But when it comes to its artistic side, there could be lots of invisible stuff that we might not see; and we're willing to see it. Happy birthday, Jakarta.

107 | LONDON COLLECTIONS: MEN - SPRING/SUMMER 2015

As I heard about the London Collections: Men (LCM) Spring/Summer 2015, I wasn't that excited to see the runway pictures because London is very predictable couple seasons back by bringing floral prints to the runway. But things happened when I accidentally tracked down the show on Instagram.

Because FINALLY there are less floral prints for Spring/Summer ! If I could say, lists of designers might learned something from past seasons because the audiences are getting pretty bored with the prints. So what they did for next Spring is still about prints of course, but each designers got their own twists for their collections.

Let's start with Burberry. Christopher Bailey is pretty innovative in couple seasons back by sending down metalic, geometric print woven, even Batik in the past seasons. But now, Bailey did a pretty good exploration by doing denim on the whole collection.

The accesories designs are also improved with those fishing hat look a like, scarves & tote bag combined with handwriting typography & very fresh vibrant colors for Summer like light orange, ochre, pastel green and light red. I seems like Bailey always know the tiny spot for him to get noticed on the whole scene.

We'll be able to see mens skirt next season like; they are still there. KTZ brings down mood of a modern gladiator by doing sleeveless shirt, hand gloves, caps and mens skirt in a masculine cut. And the interesting thing is, KTZ did it in orange and black. It's kinda daring color combination but well, KTZ is being KTZ, though.

Things happened with Sibling by doing another gladiator silhouette. The items are pretty feminine like the feather necklace, mens skirt in light fabrics and somekind of laced tops. It's pretty feminine but it's all worn by some muscular models and they showed lots of skins & abs that makes is still masculine; or I could say it's another daring gender bending concept.

Down with its menswear debut, Jeremy Scott changed the famous label of Moschino into Fauxchino gold typographic prints in black outfits that makes it pretty noticed if you are wearing this in a public place. Jeremy Scott himself sticks with his womenswear aesthetics by doing lots of jewelries, bling blings and things.

Christopher Shannon is trying to get the attention couple seasons back. And the way he execute his latest collection is pretty fresh. He's doing a type as image prints on several items entitled the label itself "Christopher Shannon". And it creates a rustic, daring, rebellious kind of thing.

I noticed this 2 designers did the concept of maximalist prints but with their own design aesthetics. After last season's overexposed florals & laced, Sarah Burton did something really unique for the brand Alexander MQueen by doing an artsy line art prints, considering about the negative space of the whole look as well.

And again for Jeremy Scott, the King of Maximalism; I could say, he put almost like Coca Cola and the other summer drinks into a blazer and pants with obvious Brazillian summer kind of palettes, also with the classic smile icon printed down to several national flags.

These 2 designers has been noticed as the masters of gender bending. For me, J.W. Anderson almost dressed all these skinny male models in womenswear because his design is that feminine to be worn for a men. But if I'm talking about how artsy J.W. Anderson could be, he's the man. It's quite hard to combine the Japanese inspired pattern & a feminine masculine silhouette and he did it smooth and beautiful.

Seeing muscular black male model in one shoulder top and a long straight hair is very rare already. That's what Astrid Andersen did in her previous collection. And this one ? She went with Japanese kimonos, and a keso mawashi-- an apron that is usually used by a sumo wrestler. And fuck yeah, she execute it very well and bring it down to the runway !

Lots of sun in summer and spring of course; so that is why you might need a proper head cover. Designer James Long did hooded sweatshirt in a pretty light fabric for next Summer. Combined with DIY denim shorts look a like, lots of colors, long haired male models; pretty much like hippies in the sixties.

Lee Roach's strong silhouette has been his design DNA from his previous items as well. A monotonic colour in one look; light brown head to toe complete with the hoodie attached on its outerwear. Fresh read, black tiny belt, and a pair of moccasins. It looked like a uniform but he re-create the uniform concept itself into a more ready to wear attire.

No matter how good the prints I've mentioned before, London has came long way with its classic sartorial items. We still able to find these kind of items because these 2 designers Christopher Kane & Lou Dalton did some sartorial experiments in their collections. Like what Lou Dalton doing, a modified long coat with thin line checked pattern combined with a futuristic visor.

Also with Christopher Kane, I can see this one is his simplified version of his past collections. Those line arts are getting simplified on some of its trousers and blazers. Also the graphics are a little bit more minimal on its form, but a little bit twist he did by doing more colourful minor items used as an emphasis at the whole look.

106 | MENS GUIDE TO STYLE BY TITOLEY TAKO

So in my humble opinion, fashion industry is very women-centric; meanwhile for me, menswear is not a dominant subject at the whole scene. From 4 major fashion cities; New York, London, Milan and Paris, London and Milan are the only 2 cities that having Mens Fashion Week, the rests cities placed menswear in a minor scene. Things happened as well like, the majority of fashion themed book are for women. And I personally grab my menswear fashion knowledge from a magazine and the other male fashion bloggers all over the world. It would be a good thing to know if there are more books about mens fashion-- or local mens fashion. For the example, I got this book entitled "Men's Guide to Style", written by Indonesian aspiring fashion blogger Titoley Tako. And I'm like, finally. Finally. Finally there's a local book talking about mens fashion. And for me, this is such a refreshment because sometimes fashion could be very segmented. This book is actually talking about mens fashion in general, I could say. It's more into Fashion 101 for men.

The contents are very light, it's a good book to read. And since I could not leave my graphic design eye so let me comment about the visual graphic of the whole book. The book cover is so 2014 but it's far from mainstream fashion book cover I know. Light gray in black background, simple fashion items icons and minimalistic Sans Serif typeface. The book cover is sooooo "me" ! The graphic contents looks pretty promising. And one thing I loved from Gagas Media; the publisher of this book is, the font size is always right. Not too big, not too tiny. It's just right. What else ? The book content ? I could say this is quite complete if he addressed this book into a "how to" or "guide" book; just like the book title. You'll find the basic rules of mens style at the first chapter of the book. The do's and don'ts are also here. The textile quality and knowing your body proportion. There's also a chapter about tips and tricks. There are tips in how you should dress yourself for a job interview, and also a shopping trick at Jakarta Great Sale, and when I read this I was like; excuse me ? Hahaha. I kinda like the writer, he's pretty out of the box, though.

Then my favourite chapter in this book is the How to Wear chapter. I kinda know in how fashion blogger would dress. We ain't dress to impress. Yet we dress to express. But back at the blogger's personality as well. One blogger could be very expressive by putting lots of leopard prints, polka pattern and feather jewels into their look. Yet there's a blogger like me who worship the are of simplicity by wearing sartorial suits, tie and loafers. It's up to you.

But at the end for me, I kinda need a guide just in case I need some inspirations in how I dress myself up. Basically, this book fits to every men. This is a true guide book and I think each men needed to have one in their bookshelf in order to prevent yourself from a mismatched outfits in an event, or probably just for your daily reference or even for your personal experiment. Me likey !

105 | HAFID SOUR ET POCKEMON CREW

One thing I loved about live performance arts is, you are able to feel the inner beauty of the performance arts itself. Like this one, Silence on Tourné! by Pockemon Crew, a French Hip Hop dance group from France. They opened the 487th Jakarta Anniversary Festival at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta earlier this week. Silence on Tourné!'s concept itself is more into a time machine. They did a modern Hip Hop dance in a vintage French themed. Which is for me, it's such a refreshment and new stuff to see.

All dancers there were doing great, but there's a dance that stole the stage because of his boneless dance movements. Later I Googled about the information and his name is Hafid Sour. He moved like crazy. I totally have no idea what he's doing but it's very weird in a very beautiful way. I recorded his moves because I was literally blown away by the whole performance and Hafid himself. C'est trés magnifique !

104 | BLACK CASUAL

So this Summer, major brands that has been showing their collections on fashion week such Damir Doma, Dior Homme, Kris Van Assche and Alexander Wang. They still put several blacks on their collections. And here are my personal items picks inspired from their looks.

For me, shorts is always my must have item in almost any seasons; especially in summer because the striking hot sun, you may need to relax yourself by showing more skin. A polo shirt is a pretty good choice for a bit more formal casual look. Meanwhile t shirt and shorts is the laid back one. A bit touch of lightweight sneakers is one of my favourite.

Meanwhile a long sleeve top could be a good choice as an alternative for some peoples. My personal pick is actually a turtle neck long sleeve because that is my preference. But, a lightweight jacket creates bold and strong look if you combine with the strong Dr.Martens boots.

For a look that is a bit more laid back, I prefer to wear anykind of lightweight long sleeve or either a turtle neck for a night attire. An espadrilles shoes is still on the trend this season that could even give you more like a beach look in black. And I clearly see something different when a person came to beach with all black, though.

101 | CARHARTT OPENING STORE

Jakarta - April 18, 2014. Metroxgroup is proudly announce the first Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) Store in Plaza Indonesia. And I am invited as one of 2 bloggers; along with the edgy Arnold Teja, to had an interview with the Regional Sales Manager of Carhartt Asia, Sean Chan. It is started 10 years a go when the brand decided to expand their store in Asia, with Hong Kong as the first country in Asia to have this American workwear brand store. Later, another countries around are opening their own Carhartt stores; Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand & finally Indonesia. Coinciding with the first opening store in Jakarta, Carhartt WIP will present their latest Spring/Summer 2014 collection. There are warm tones of green, blue, yellow, with a bit touch of floral prints and camouflage as the

twist of the collection. Basically, it combines the classic Carhartt workwear DNA with a contemporary touch. Creating tough, clean workwear mood and absolutely a comfortable apparel. Then what makes Carhartt different from the other brands are; the durability of the products. Carhartt's product is a kind of product that would lasts up to 3 to 4 years, or even more because the quality of the fabrics. Or in short, Carhartt is more into timeless brand. And what I personally loved about the brand is, this used to be a workwear back to its original country America. But when it turned to Indonesia, the fresh mood spreads out in almost items; yet it is masculine. And it fits tropical weather like in Indonesia. That is the basic thing that I find pretty important, after all.

080 | FLOATING FABRIC

I was thinking that Sholokhov copied Wang's collection at first. But after I researched about their collection's release date, it's different. Sholokhov's was around early 2012 yet Wang's was around September 2012. It's about how everyone could have similar ideas but it's just about how they execute it.

LEFT GIULIANO FUJIWARA F/W 2010 RIGHT YOHJI YAMAMOTO S/S 2012  Still some more masterpieces from Southern Asian countries. Two things that completely different from the style and fashion target. But for somehow I see how powerless the pictures are; one from their gestures, and the other one from their outfits. Skinny male and man skirt portrayed as a minor menswear items for so-called mainstream fashion; they said. But then, world is getting boring if all peoples are similar. Yohji-kun took a very risky steps but somehow, I can say that he passed it very well.

067 | HELLO 2014 !

Jakarta city scape

It started like last year, my passion to attend the 2012 Car Free Night in Bunderan Hotel Indonesia is totally growing. It is actually a new program from the new elected Jakarta Governor, Joko Widodo in how to make Jakarta a better city (Well yeahs, that's what I caught). So he decided to make the public occasion at one of the notable landmark of Jakarta, Bunderan Hotel Indonesia.

Then I asked 2 of my friends Steph & Raslene to join the occasion, and luckily they said yes. So there you go, I got good peoples to go with at the end of the year. And how we spend our last 2013 night ? We went to the cinema and watched 47 Ronin until 11.30 PM. And how we end it was pretty tremendous. It was 11.30 PM and the cinema located at the 8th floor of the plaza near Bunderan HI (Yes, it's Grand Indonesia). The lift was brutally full because everybody wants to go down, go home or whatever. Then we decided to take the anti mainstream way to go down. We walked along the parking lot from 8th floor to Lower Ground floor. 

The chaos isn't stopped yet. I already know it's a public occasion. Everybody in Jakarta can come but I had no idea that it would be that fucking crowded. We even unable to take proper selfies with our tongsis (tongkat narsis; Indonesian, you understand this. Ha !), it was blurry pictures, overlight whatsoever. But luckily the countdown to 2014 went pretty well with a great graphic video mapping at several hotels around Hotel Indonesia.

Welcoming 2014. Year of horse in Chinese zodiac. In Chinese philosophy, a horse portrayed as a very hard working animal. Hopefully, it could reflect to each individual. Hard working in hoping to achieve the best result. And about my personal wishlist in 2014 ? I do have several stuffs to working on it. But in common, I just wish to have another good life, surrounding with good peoples, being able to travel more & having a good health. May you have a good New Year, peoples !

066 | Kraton by Auguste Soesastro

As we know, there are many international fashion designers who brought the theme of minimalisms into their designs; Rad Hourani, Juun J, Calvin Klein, and many other. But in Indonesian market, I was wondering are there any local designers that could bring a clean design in a good level ? Until one day I had my chance to attend Indonesia Fashion Week 2013 last February and seeing this name. 

Auguste Soesastro 2013 Campaign

Meet Auguste Soesastro, a man behind a brand "Kraton". As a local Indonesian, I had no idea about his brand. I Googled his name and I was awed. He launched his brand in New York back at 2008-- which means, it's actually a good thing to know. Now, why I think he is special ? First, he did eco fashion; which is there are only few designers did that (Diane Von Furstenberg is one eco fashion designers I know; correct me if I'm wrong). I truly remembered he designed a clothing piece made from pineapple fiber, and also several items from another sustainable fabrics. Second, when I saw each of his items, the tailoring is very neat. Very well structured and everything is just so clean. His signature wide legged pants is my personal favourite of his design. And yes, he had so many international exposures. America to Europe, New York to Switzerland. And I am hoping to see his designs on more magazine editorials-- the one I saw was back at 2011 in Majalah Dewi. His dress were featured on the cover of Majalah Dewi, worn by Indonesian top model Paula Verhoeven. Simply high fashion.

058 | Fresh n Brite 2013 - Playhard

Fresh n Brite is an annual event that held by Bina Nusantara University, showcasing the final project of the best graduate of Bina Nusantara School of Design. This year's theme is "Playhard" and held in Kota Kasablanka Jakarta last week from Nov 29 until Dec 1. And finally, my final project is featured on the exhibition. And here are my selections of the best graduates.

I was the volunteer for Fresh n Brite 2 years back when I was a freshmen. I always want to be the participant on this event. And I am finally here. Another life target accomplished :'

A shocking guest on Fresh n Brite, late Mayor of Kepulauan Seribu area, Mr. Achmad Ludfi with her wife. I seriously have no idea where did they get the information. It was very shocking because the last time I was with them, I was on duty at Pulau Pramuka as an Abang Jakarta Kepulauan Seribu and they were walking along with the Governor's wife, Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo. This is such an honour :")

Got surprised with another guest, a 90s Abang Jakarta, now a host and radio announcer, Bang Imam Wibowo ! He was hosting another event at Kota Kasablanka and I asked him to take a walk a bit to the exhibition place and there you go :-)

Gue masuk DKV gue gak ngerti apa-apa, gue gak bisa gambar. Pas mata kuliah menggambar pernah hampir disobek dosen karena gak bisa gambar proporsi manusia. tapi akhirnya bisa juga soalnya dosen-dosen ngajarin. Dapet banyak temen yang bisa nerima gue apa adanya, bisa nerima kalo gue aneh, gue introvert, gue maksa bisa untuk bersosialisasi dan DKV tempatnya gue bisa masuk organisasi kampus atau sejenisnya dari semester 1.

Gue gak pernah tau gue bisa berkembang seperti apa dan gue akan jadi apa setelah gue lulus, bidang apa yang akan gue masuki dengan segala kekurangan gue di dunia kreatif. Hanya saja target gue, perjalanan awal gue di DKV gak semulus yang gue kira. Tapi satu hal, gue cuma mau ninggalin DKV Binus dengan hasil terbaik gue, gak perlu biar buat orang bangga, tapi cukup pertama bikin diri gue sendiri bangga dengan hasil kerjaan gue disini. dan semua terbayar ketika gue tau Tugas Akhir gue dapet A dan kenapa reaksi gue se bombastis itu saat itu (Kloter 2 DKV 2009 tau lah ya gue ngapain pas gue buka form nilai final gue).

Terima kasih sebesar besarnya untuk para dosen yang udah membimbing saya dari saya bener-bener nggak bisa gambar sampe sekarang bisa sampe bikin buku kaya begini. Asli, ini berasa amazing aja gitu, Buat Pak Piyo sih, dosen pembimbing yang sabarnya LUAR BIASA ngadepin saya yang kerjaannya minta asistensi di luar jam kuliah, padahal beliau pas itu juga lagi bikin tesis S2 nya di ISI Yogyakarta. Buat Pak Nico Antonius Pranoto yang bener-bener menginspirasi saya tentang dunia kreatif, dan bikin saya jatuh cinta sama dunia branding. Dan akhirnya gue pake juga ilmu identitas visual dari beliau di TA gue-- tuh font header nya self designed, loh ! (Ya teruuus ?). Buat Bu Iwul, dari semester 1 pengen banget diajar sama beliau tapi nggak pernah kesampaian sampe dapet jadi Sarjana. Bener-bener Ibu nya mahasiswa/i DKV Binus deh Bu Iwul. Sempet sekali asistensi colongan karena menurut gue tesis S2 nya beliau KEREN BANGET tentang ragam hias Trowulan itu. Buat Bu Dria, dosen pertama yang bikin saya sadar sama "potensi" apa yang sebenernya bisa gue kembangin di DKV sejak gue gak bisa gambar. Ternyata giliran masuk pelajaran Tipografi mulai kerasa enaknya kuliah DKV. Siapa lagi ya ? Kalau ditulis semuanya bisa capek. 

Sekarang udah sampai disini, udah dikabulkan bisa ada disini. Dan akhirnya, semoga gelar Sarjana ini dapat berguna bagi masyarakat luas dan dapat diamalkan sebaik-baiknya. Terima kasih atas 4 tahun terbaik di hidup saya, DKV Binus (Nggak lebay, karena kalau menurut orang banyak masa SMA lah masa terindah, menurut saya pribadi, masa kuliah lah dimana saya dapat diterima menjadi diri saya apa adanya, bukan ada apanya. If you are understand what am trying to deliver).
